  • Sustainable tourism

We welcome visits from groups of up to ten visitors on our guided tours. A visit is unlikely to take less than three or four hours, but may last as long as eight hours, depending on the preference of the visitors. The visit includes crossing part of the cacao plantation, walking up the River Tuyano, visiting a small but beautiful waterfall, hiking through parts of the forest with the possibility of seeing rare trees, animals (such as white fronted capuchin monkeys, armadillos, giants sloths, various type of snakes, pacas), birds (toucans, parrots) and a wide range of insects.

Be prepared for energetic hiking in the jungle, with steep slopes, potentially dangerous animals, insects and plants, and to cross small rivers. You will need to bring suitable clothes for the occasion, mountain or wellington boots and waterproof camera.

  • Sponsorship and scientific partnership

We are looking for sponsors to enable us to protect and study the flora and fauna of the natural reserve. One goal is to obtain a new generation of supplements and food products without damaging the natural structure of the forest.

We also have other projects and we would welcome discussion of these with potential spornsors.
